ZBV Promotes Fernando Aguinaga in Real Estate Practice

Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados is pleased to announce that Fernando Aguinaga has been promoted to Partner of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. In his 12 years at the firm, Mr. Aguinaga has actively participated in the structuring, negotiating and execution of the major real estate transactions in Argentina. Mr. Aguinaga has a Law Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1994) and graduate studies in Corporate Law from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (1997). He is author of numerous articles and he regularly contributes to local and international Real Estate publications. He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners and Best Lawyers as an expert in real estate in Argentina.
