MIAMI — March 16, 2012 — Vincent Signorello, president of Flagler, and featured speaker at the Akerman U.S. Real Estate Summit 2012, was interviewed by Matthew Bechard, editor-in-chief of REIT.com. The demand for industrial space is as strong as it has been in the past four years, according to Signorello.

He is quoted as saying, “We’ve seen most of the large blocks of space within the market consumed. That has triggered a development cycle in South Florida.”
