The Americas Junior Lawyers Group (“AJLG”) is a subgroup of Mackrell International (“Mackrell”). The aim of the AJLG is to (1) encourage greater participation in the Mackrell network (including marketing and practice group participation) from a larger spectrum of lawyers in the Mackrell member firms, and (2) to ensure the continued success of Mackrell through succession planning.

The first meeting of the AJLG was held on November 4, 2011 at the Mackrell Americas Meeting in New Orleans.

AJLG members will be working to increase the participation of Mackrell members at the next annual meeting of the AJLG, which will be held in October 2012 in New York City.  We hope that as many junior lawyers as possible are able to attend future meetings and a key goal of the AJLG is to ensure at least one junior lawyer from each Mackrell firm in the Americas network attends the events in the future. Please help us to reach this goal by nominating yourself or a colleague for attendance.
