Firm Description:
The Firm was established in 1986 and since the beginnings it was planned to render integral legal services to its clients, which are basically constituted by private institutions. Among them there are important national and multinational companies, private foundations, multilateral agencies, financial institutions, as well as active professional associations within the Venezuelan territory.
The Firm has a team of lawyers, whose specialties are integrated in an institutional practice. The members of the Firm provide a solid organization to its clients, with plenty of capabilities to render services in the fundamental areas required by any active institution in the business life of Venezuela.
Institutional and guild presence
Many of its members actively contribute in the development of the national legal doctrine, through the publication of important works in the different law areas. In addition, several of its members are active in the most important professional associations and groups in the country, which allows: (i) anticipate the multiple and permanent changes that affect or have the potential to affect in any way its customers, and (ii) positively contribute in all the discussions and academic developments that take place in the various law fields.
Educational activity
A representative number of the professionals share their professional work with academic and teaching activities in most of the main law schools located in Caracas (Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Universidad Monteávila, Universidad Central de Venezuela, and Universidad Metropolitana).
