Members of the network all enjoy a close working relationship, enhanced by regularly-held international meetings. All members are expected to attend these meetings to develop the close rapport which enables each member to confidently refer clients to the right people at the right time. Members also take the opportunity to visit each other and get to know other member law firms and their lawyers consolidating these relationships.

The International Committee performs the work of a company board, developing strategy and maintaining a medium term vision.  MI is run by a seven person committee who monitor the actions of a Managing Director and a Secretariat. Strategy is proposed to the membership at large and spearheaded by the Committee.

Our Membership Committee comprises lawyers from our member firms and is charged with the goal of identifying and recruiting new members of the highest calibre who meet the ethos of Mackrell International in all regions of the world.

We have a Marketing Committee made up of marketing representatives and lawyers from member firms. Their purpose is to help member firms promote Mackrell International (MI) to their clients/targets, serve as a resource to member firms regarding their MI marketing initiatives, assist MI Practice Groups with marketing of their capabilities and assist members firms with connecting with each other, enabling more business growth for MI.

The internal affairs of MACKRELL INTERNATIONAL, which is an unincorporated network, are managed by the Managing Director and the permanent secretariat based in Europe. English is the language of the network.
