The Family Law Practice Group is a Group of lawyers practising Family Law around the world. The Law which we cover is not just divorce but anything related to personal relationships generally whether this be the preparation for a relationship through a pre-nuptial or cohabitation agreement; or the breakdown of a relationship whether the parties are married or otherwise or indeed whether they are in a same sex relationship or otherwise. There are also consequences of relationship breakdown which relate to dealing with the parties financial affairs; the distribution of their assets and chattels and also the care and funding of their children.
