The Global Privacy & Data Security (GPDS) Practice Group provides a forum for attorneys around the world within the Mackrell network to exchange information, share experiences, and showcase their areas of expertise on a range of privacy and data security issues. Such issues may include implementation of global policies and programs, data transfers, data breach response, and best practices, as well as electronic and mobile commerce. The GPDS Practice Group will compile and share marketing materials to help promote its members and law firms and enable members to more readily identify lawyers within the network who have expertise in specific areas.
