The Intellectual Property Law Practice Group is a Group of lawyers from the Mackrell firms around the world who are practising Intellectual Property Law. The Group hopes to establish a forum for the lawyers to exchange information, updates and developments on this area of law. The forum will provide a better understanding of the law in this area across jurisdictions and at the same time alleviate referral of work. The Group has distributed a short Q&A to collate information and has had a conference call in the to increase networking and information exchange between the group members. A couple of its members met over INTA 2010 to network.
