The Litigation Practice Group will address issues involving dispute resolution on a global scale.  We will examine developments in courts and tribunals throughout the world seeking solutions to both complex and routine problems.  The Group will develop a forum for discussions of the best methods and techniques to resolve issues through various types of litigation including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

Through this interaction of international attorneys, we hope to develop and enhance a broader range of networking and cross-pollination with many if not all firms within the Mackrell International group.  The discussions and communications among and between this group of Uber-Litigators will enhance individual practices and bring a core strength to the group as a whole.
