The Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group comprises lawyers from most of the member firms of Mackrell International who are involved, to varying degrees, in mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses in their jurisdiction. Some of us are involved in transactions on a daily basis and others less regularly, but we all have the experience of advising on business acquisitions and sales. The purpose of the group is to provide you with a direct contact you can approach should you encounter an issue or a problem in another jurisdiction on a transactional or other corporate matter.
