Roberto Ferretti

Roberto Ferretti is admitted to the Bar Association since 1992 and qualified as Barrister before the Supreme Court since 2006. In 2020, after an experience of more than three decades in other firms, he has joined as partner the Annunziata&Conso network, where he is advisor for banking law, payment and investment services, anti-money laundering and business law. Roberto is a member of the Milan Decision Panel of the Banking and Financial Ombudsman (ABF) and mediator of the Banking Mediation Bureau. He consistently serves as speaker in conferences and masters and postgraduate training programme and regularly publishes a wide range of specialist publications. Roberto also serves as President and member of the Scientific Committee of the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF) and member of the European Law Institute.
