Tristan Ozanne

Tristan holds the position of Counsel and leads the Corporate team at Babbé. He has over sixteen years’ offshore experience in corporate, commercial, finance and regulatory matters. He has a strong and impressive background in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions and providing advice to lenders and borrowers on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional lending, security structuring and enforcement matters. He also has considerable experience advising licensees in the establishment and ongoing running of collective investment schemes and other regulated activity. Clients have described Tristan as taking “a prudent commercial approach” and is “highly responsive with strong industry knowledge”.
