Marí Warnich

Marí is a Private Client & Trust Associate, where she advises on estate planning, property transactions as well as the set-up and use of Guernsey trusts and foundations.

Prior to joining Babbé, Marí worked as a lawyer in South Africa. She started her own financial services company in Cape Town, and later also founded her own law firm, where she dealt with property disputes, estate planning and non-contentious private client work. Mari has experience in private wealth planning, assisting families with asset protection, tax mitigation and succession planning
