Eran has vast experience in complex real estate transactions, including, inter alia, in acquisition and sale of real-estate projects (lots, structures, assets etc.) and ongoing legal advice in all aspects of real-estate projects, with specific expertise in relation to complex acquisition groups and construction organizations in various forms. Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Eran was a partner at leading boutique real estate law firm.
