Adi Rafaeli

Adi is an associate in the firm’s corporate and M&A and high-tech and start-ups practices. She has acted for leading Israeli and international companies as well as for start-ups and investors in the technology sector.

Adi completed her legal internship at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM).

During her academic studies, Adi acted as the project coordinator of Project Nurture which provides assistance to students whose native language is not Hebrew. In addition, as part of the Legal Clinic for the Rights of Children and Youth, Adi assisted children with various diseases to receive legal assistance in areas related to their illness.
