Stephen Klein

Stephen is an experienced litigator who prides himself on the pursuit of exceptional results for his clients. Whether championing consumers in class actions to curb injurious commercial practices or helping businesses to secure their resources and protect their rights, Stephen is dedicated to advocating for and achieving client goals.

Prior to joining Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher, LLP, Stephen worked for Woodrow & Peluso, LLC, a boutique firm in Denver with a focus on consumer protection class actions and commercial litigation. While in law school, Stephen worked as a student attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic and as a legal fellow in DU’s Office of Technology Transfer. He also served as Managing Editor of the University of Denver Water Law Review.
