Mallory graduated with her law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2011. After law school, she spent several years as a prosecutor before she converted her exceptional skills as a trial attorney toward the defense of those criminally accused. Having handled both sides of criminal litigation, she brings to her practice unique and broad perspective, passion, empathy and intense focus. Though Mallory has handled a full range criminal matters over the course of her career, she has narrowed her specific expertise to matters involving sexual assault and Title IX investigations, as well as the representation of law enforcement officers in disciplinary, employment, and administrative actions. She holds several professional memberships to both the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations (where she also co-hosts the CBA “Our Voices” podcast) and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, and the Colorado LGBT Bar Association. Mallory was honored with the distinction of being chosen to the prestigious Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training Program (“COBALT”) in 2018, and having graduated, now serves on COBALT’s Board of Directors. She is an active volunteer in her local community, where she regularly fundraises for SafeHouse Denver and coaches elementary school mock trials.
