Cara Mae Acibo

Cara Mae C. Acibo is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. She advocates for her clients in all phases of litigation, including case investigation and strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and early resolution. Cara is located in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.

Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Cara gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Cisco Systems, Inc., where she focused on litigation, commercial transactions, privacy and data protection, and various intellectual property transactions, including IoT licensing and cloud services. Additionally, Cara was a Legal Extern at Duane Morris LLP, where she supported the intellectual property litigation team.

Cara is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was an Emery Merit scholar and a recipient of the High Tech Law Certificate, with honors. She is an active member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley, and the Honorable William A. Ingram Inn of Court.
