Benson Ngugi

Mr. Benson Ngugi has been the Managing partner at I&N for the last 10 years. He has expertise in litigation and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration. Among other areas of law, Mr. Ngugi practices, Corporate & Commercial Law, Contract Law, Property and Real estate law, Tax Law and leads I & N’s Corporate Commercial Practice Group Mr. Ngugi graduated from University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Law degree and right after got a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya school of law and was admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in the year 2003 He further holds a Global Executive MBA (Gemba) studies with United States International University (USIU) / Frankfurt School of Business and Finance and has attended several professional courses in his areas of practice. He is keenly involved in leadership Coaching and is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach (CELC)- International Coaching Federation. He is also involved in corporate governance issues having been trained by the Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG) Kenya and currently is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), Kenya. He sits in several Boards as an Independent Director, and is routinely contacted to conduct Corporate Governance Audits. He loves the outdoors and loves to experience it with extensive hiking and mountaineering and recreational running. He also enjoys the occasional CrossFit challenge
