Joseph Dagher

Joseph Dagher is an attorney in the Litigation Department of the firm. Joseph focuses his practice on representing business clients in a range of commercial and real estate disputes.

Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and thereafter went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Joseph served in the President’s Office at UNLV as a member of the President’s university leadership team assisting in a variety of administrative tasks. In that role, Joseph was also the liaison between NSHE system administration and the university related to Board of Regents agenda items. As a law student, he was a member of the Society of Advocates Moot Court Team, served on the faculty appointments committee, and was a student attorney in the Mediation Clinic. Prior to law school, Joseph was involved in various real estate investment transactions.

Before joining Kaempfer Crowell, Joseph served as a business court law clerk for Judge Nancy L. Allf of Nevada’s Eighth Judicial District Court. In that role, he prepared bench memoranda and drafted decisions on a variety of specialized business court and civil matters.
