Rory Robisnon

Rory's practice focuses primarily on real estate, business and secured transactions.

Rory is experienced in various aspects of real estate development, including purchase and sale transactions, construction and development agreements, leasing, and project financing.  She also represents clients from wide-ranging industries in the formation, acquisition and sale of their businesses.

Prior to joining Kaempfer Crowell, Rory worked in the City Attorney's Office of the City of Henderson, Nevada, where she represented the city in development-related matters, including negotiating agreements with private developers for economic development and redevelopment projects.
