Kamil Žylka

Kamil graduated from the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno and he is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. In his legal practice, he specialises in civil law, with emphasis on property law.

His practice with Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský has included preparation of complex contractual documentation for property transactions, including arranging money escrow services and other forms of security for such transactions, as well as for rental of residential and non-residential premises, including rental of large non-residential premises in office buildings. His practice also includes legal relationships arising from membership in residential cooperatives (including transfer of cooperative flats into personal ownership) and membership in an association of unit owners. He regularly cooperates with real estate brokers in the provision of services to their clients.
