Miyanda has over ten (10) years of professional experience from Sharpe and Howard legal Practitioners, Centurion Advisory Services Limited to mention a few. She is our Associate in the legal and Company Secretarial department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Zambia Open University, an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia (AHCZ) and is a full member of the Law Association of Zambia LAZ). She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Environmental Law at the University of Lusaka. She has also acquired specialized training in Drafting Commercial Contracts, Capital Markets, and Arbitration from the Southern African Institute for Policy and Research. In addition, she has also acquired specialized training in Corporate Governance from Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Drafting (ZIALE) and an Investment Advisory and Stockbroker Certificate from the Zambia College for Pension and Trusts. She specializes in Land Conveyancing matters, perfecting securities for financial institutions, Company law, Environmental Law, Probate, Registration of Trusts, Employment Law, Arbitration and legal drafting of contracts.
