Shuko is the General Manager - In Charge of Strategic Growth and Expansion of the firm. He is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (UK). He is a registered Marketer (Zambia Institute of Marketing). He further holds a Master of Laws-LLM (Tax) from ZCAS University, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Zambia (UNZA) and is an Associate of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) UK and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA UK). He serves on many Boards and Committees including Advisory Ministerial Audit Committee at the Ministry of Justice of Zambia and Judiciary of Zambia. He is a registered Insolvency Practitioner with PACRA in Zambia and works as a court appointed receiver and business rescue manager. He is in charge of overseeing the insolvency practice arm of the firm. He is also a Commissioner for Oaths of Courts of Zambia. He is also an international Tax Expat and supports the firm of Tax Appeals and Litigation. He is a Learner Legal Practitioner (LLP) within the firm specializing inter alia in Mining Law, Tax Law and Commercial Law and Transaction Advisory. He is currently undergoing Legal Practitioners Training at ZIALE. He brings to the firm great networking skills and solid expertise in running international firms in Zambia and Malawi
