Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Zambia (UNZA). She further holds a Post graduate diploma in legislative Drafting rom the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education and is a Member of the Law Association of Zambia and the Institute of Directors. Cynthia brings over ten (10) years of pre and post bar experience. She worked for the Legal Aid board Lusaka for two years and also brings her wealth of Legal experience from Levy Mwanawasa and Company where she practiced for four years. Cynthia is a full member of the Law Association of Zambia, a member of the Institute of Directors, an Advocate of High Court (AHCZ) and Supreme Court of Zambia (ASCZ). Cynthia has also acquired specialized training in Labor Law and Industrial Relations Course and Tax Law from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE). In addition, she also acquired specialized training in corporate Insolvency and Debt Management from the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), and Drafting Commercial Contracts, Capital Markets, and Arbitration from the Southern African Institute for Policy and Research. She specializes in Company Secretarial, Insolvency Law, Company Law and legal drafting plus Employee Law and Arbitration.
