Nina Čuden

In her work, Nina advises Slovenian and foreign clients, primarily in the field of commercial and civil law. Nina is primarily involved in mergers and acquisitions and advises on status and corporate law issues, and has extensive experience in representing clients in various court proceedings, including proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. She is also active in the field of alternative dispute resolution, in particular mediation.

She speaks Slovenian, English, Croatian and Serbian.
