Matic Novak

Matic has more than ten years of post-qualification experience in multinational M&A and Financing transactions, holding the pen and leading the legal advisory teams through all transaction phases. His fields of expertise include M&A, Commercial/Corporate Law, Banking/Finance and Media Law, in which he regularly assisted foreign and domestic banking groups, corporates, equity houses and strategic investors.

Since 2017, Matic is a member of the supervisory board of Intersport Slovenia.
