Jan Sibinčič

Jan is a partner and the managing director of the law firm. He advises in general corporate matters, M&A transactions, restructurings and insolvency proceedings.

The range of transactions on which Jan has recently advised includes privatisations, private acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings. In the past he had advised many domestic and international clients, including several foreign PEs and strategic investors.

He was recognised by IFLR1000 as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in M&A and Capital markets for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 as Up and Coming Lawyer by Chambers and Partners Global & Europe Guide for 2019, 2020, 2021, as Band 3 lawyer by Chambers & Partners for 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, and as a Leading Individual by Legal500 for 2023.

He frequently publishes articles in the business press and holds lectures in the field of Corporate law and Taxation.
