Elena Gencheva is an attorney with Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law and a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
She specializes in the field of crimes against the person and one’s property, economic crimes, crimes against customs regimes, the monetary, credit, financial and tax systems, allegations of corruption and document fraud.
From 2014 to 2015, Elena has participated in the joint internship program of the Sofia Regional Court and the Bulgarian-American Commission for Educational Exchange Fulbright, aimed at gaining practical experience. Based on her participation in this program, Elena extends her expertise in criminal and administrative criminal proceedings. She has a Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Before joining the team of Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law, Elena Georgieva has worked at Savova Law Firm, where she gained experience in insurance law and enforcement procedures.
