Ida Golemanova

Ida Golemanova is an Attorney-at-law with Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law and a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

She has extensive expertise in EU funding, administrative law, labour law and labour migration, corporate and commercial law, insolvency, personal data protection. She provides legal representation before commercial and administrative courts.

Мs. Golemanova advises and represents public and private beneficiaries of funding programs, employers and global companies. She focuses on providing full legal assistance to investors in starting and developing business in Bulgaria.

In 2021, she was recognized by the international independent legal directory Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer for Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution, EU and Competition, Energy and Natural Resources and in 2024 – for Commercial, Corporate and M&A.

In 2023, she attended an intensive three-week programme in Private International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law in The Hague, Netherlands.

In 2018 she completed training in domestic and international commercial arbitration at the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Ida Golemanova holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, 2017.

Prior to joining the team of Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law, she worked as Attorney-at-Law at another leading law firm.
