Professor of Commercial Law for bachelor degree students at Faculdade de Direito da Uni-FMU (SP); Monitor of Commercial Law to bachelor degree students at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (“USP”); Professor of Agreement and Bank Law of Escola Paulista de Direito – EPD Incumbent Member of Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo (“IASP”); Member of the Legal Comission of Instituto Brasileiro dos Executivos de Finanças de São Paulo (“IBEF/SP”); Member of Latin America Regional Forum of the International Bar Association – IBA. Started his professional career at the Legal Department of an important American bank with strong presence in Brazil.
