Amy DeLuca

Amy DeLuca is an attorney with Wickens Herzer Panza, a member of the Employment and Labor practice group, and serves as the Firm's Chief Human Resources Officer. She focuses her practice on assisting clients with issues related to labor and employment. She ensures her clients comply with both state and federal labor laws such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and laws addressing sexual harassment. Ms. DeLuca drafts and enforces employee handbooks and employment and non-compete agreements, negotiates labor contracts, conducts workplace investigations, and disputes workers' compensation and unemployment claims.

Ms. DeLuca is a founding member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s “Rights, Responsibilities, and Realities” initiative, which educates and mentors Cleveland Public School children.
