Kevin M. Kennedy

Kevin is a member of the firm’s Catastrophic Loss Section.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was a partner with a civil litigation and insurance defense firm in Virginia, where he served as lead counsel for complex defense litigation, including workplace accidents and wrongful death matters. His practice areas also include products liability, construction law, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.

Kevin has represented clients in a wide variety of cases including, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate contractual disputes, and claims under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. Kevin is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
