Jason E. Ohana

Jason is a seasoned commercial litigator, admitted in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. He has a wide-ranging practice that includes all aspects of commercial civil litigation.

Working with both small and large clients, Jason has handled a variety of matters in both the state and federal courts. He primarily focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on business break-ups, ownership disputes, contract disputes, and business torts.
