Pamela Foels

Pamela Foels has been practicing exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense since 1989. Her practice also includes workers’ compensation defense at the appellate level before the First District Court of Appeal.

Pam maintains a statewide practice, and has appeared before most of the Judges of Compensation Claims in Florida. Her clients include both major insurance companies as well as self insured employers. She is the current editor of the workers’ compensation section of the Florida Bar Journal and was elected to serve on the executive council of the workers’ compensation section of the Florida Bar from 1998 through 2004.

Ms. Foels has been recognized as one of Orlando Home and Leisure Magazines Top Lawyers, based on her AV Preeminent rating, the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review. Pam continues to serve as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in Orange County, and is a past recipient of the Legal Aid Society’s Award of Excellence and the 2000 Dave Thomas Child Advocate of the Year award.
