Continuing Mackrell International’s monthly AI practice group series, this session will focus on effective guidelines for using both advanced AI models and specialized legal AI systems. As MI firms’ AI Task Forces increasingly implement these distinct forms of AI, we’ll come together to discuss usage policies, reliable use cases, and practical examples.

• Advanced AI Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude): Guidance on Terms of Service, reliable use cases, and a culture of experimentation with examples of both successes and failures to encourage teams to explore and develop a fundamental feel for how advanced AI in use today operates.

• Specialized Legal AI Systems (e.g., CoCounsel, Harvey): Key Terms of Service and reliable use cases for these targeted legal research and support tools.
