As part of Mackrell International’s monthly AI practice group series, our next session will focus on foundational elements for firms’ AI Task Forces as they craft or refine internal AI guidelines. Many MI firms have already taken the lead, and this call offers an opportunity to share best practices for creating guidelines that meet each firm’s needs.

This session will address essential components of guidelines:

• Core Guidelines: Cautions and legal obligations (e.g., human oversight, disclosure requirements), along with written resources to ensure a base level of proficiency, such as simple technical resources (e.g., last month’s great MI video with Ross Fishman), login details, and billing processes.

• Internal Policies: Methods for fostering continuous training, knowledge sharing, and regular updates to guidelines.
