Household names join MI’s Food Fight webinar…

In-house counsel from some of the world’s iconic household food names tuned in to a webinar, ‘Food Fight – What’s Cooking in the Food Industry’ run by MI’s Litigation and Hospitality Practice Groups. The one hour webinar attracted 77 delegates, including 21 in-house lawyers, from 51 cities, 23 states and 4 countries.

Keller & Heckman partners Robert S Niemann in San Francisco and Arthur Garrett III in Washington DC spoke on Current Trends in Food Class Actions and Food Recall (Product Contamination) Insurance respectively. Maryalyce Cox of MehaffyWeber in Texas addressed Preventing Food Related Litigation Claims.
