MI member Murali & Co advised Amazon on all the real estate requirements for its new Fulfillment Center for back-end operations in Bangalore. At about 1.35 Million square feet, the centre is the second largest commercial space lease in the city which is known as the Silicon Valley of India. Murali & Co has the exclusive mandate to advise Amazon on all their Indian legal requirements for commercial and real estate activities.
According the Amazons press release of 20 January, the site will be operational by February with both inbound and outbound services. The new, modern, multilevel, secure facility equipped with Amazons world-class and state-of-the-art warehousing systems and processes will be able to stock and store millions of products of all sizes across several categories from sellers using Fulfillment by Amazon.
