Mackrell International (MI) has signed up three new firms in three months from Africa, Canada and US giving MI a total of 90 members.
Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. (Arthur Chapman) joins for Minnesota, Americas, taking the total number of MI’s US firms to 23 with a coverage of 32 states. Arthur Chapman enjoys a strong reputation for its commercial experience and 12 of the firm’s 45 attorneys are recognised in the 2015 Super Lawyers®table.
In Canada, Prevost Fortin D’Aoust (PFD lawyers) in Quebec joins MI’s Canadian members Lindsay Kenney in Vancouver, Scott Venturo in Calgary and Macdonald Sager Manis in Toronto. PFD Lawyers offers a full range of commercial and private client services from five offices across the province including Montreal.
Tanzanian firm Astute Attorneys joins the EMEA region and offers a full range of corporate and commercial services with specialist sector expertise in natural resources law (mining, oil and gas, transportation and infrastructure). MI’s other African members are Ghellal & Mekerba in Algiers, Kasirye, Byaruhanga & Co in Uganda, Mawere & Sibanda in Zimbabwe and Ramsay Webber in South Africa.
