The Danish company ENETPULSE ApS, which is a provider of sports data, has been sold in a so-called management buy-out transaction.
In connection with the transaction, the seller, Czech Republic based Livesport Capital a.s., has been represented by Josef Aujezdský and Ondřej Bahník from MI Member Firm MKA Nosko in the Czech Republic and Mikael Grosen Skovbo from MI Member Firm Codex Advokater in Denmark, who have advised the seller and prepared all the legal documents for the transaction.
